I had a past life session with Kimberly. It was great! She gave me so much insight and practical tools. I highly recommend her. An exercise that she recommended was chanting and releasing blocks in my throat chakra from past trauma. It was very difficult for me to do at the beginning but practicing it. Very powerful!
