I am a certified Unitary Reiki practitioner, and this can be included as part of the experience.
Activities may include rhyming games, nature walks, singing by the lake, and often a personalized drawing to keep, created if it fits naturally into the session. The experience is always joyful, creative, and transformative, adapting to the moment and the individual’s needs. Ideal for seniors, children on the autism spectrum, or anyone needing attentive, heart-centered companionship.

An optional guided grocery store tour is also available. With over 30 years of experience living gluten- and dairy-free, I bring practical knowledge and personal insight. As a neurodivergent person and mother of a son on the Autism spectrum, I understand the importance of diet in supporting health and well-being, particularly for neurodivergent individuals.
